GBMs Terri Jenkins A++++ Ms. Terri Jenkins is the most wonderful customer rep I have ever dealt with. So patient an understanding while we are all in this time of unsureness. She talked to me at my most stressful period. She encouraged me to keep it going and pray. I cannot say enough good things about her. GBThe young lady that helped with my… The young lady that helped with my payment was outstanding! She was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable with excellent communication and people skills. Microf should use her recordings as a training tool on how to talk to, listen to...and treat a customer! I don't know what she's paid but she deserves a raise; she's just that valuable to your organization.

GBNot worth it Very pushy and refused to give me any information on the loan, they may say youre getting a loan for 10,000 but by time youre done you pay 18,000 this is why the information is withheld, i have a very sick grandmother and wanted to get her a central ac unit for comfort in what might be her last years and they also always found something else i need to do or some hoop to jump through, all i wanted to do was take responsibility for a purchase exactly like ive done times before even if i had a high interest, just go to the bank , a 10k loan right now you pay back 8%
