USMy Financial Setback turned positive by Microf employee, Renee Mitchell !, Due to a financial setback, I was behind on my monthly payments. I suddenly lost my Fiance and became homeless after I transferred to California. I still luckily owned my home in Md. I was able to set up a short term payment agreement, for not much, $100.00 a month, but this was even a hardship for me. I was happy to have the agreement, even though it was not much until I could recuperate financially. Thankfully your representative Renee Mitchell was heaven sent ! She is the ultimate professional, listening to my plight and allowing me to make my payments until I was able to recover financially. This morning I requested a payoff figure and Renee provided it , most readily ! I owe everything to Renee and she provided me some piece of mind. She was very professional and responsive. You are lucky to have an employee of her caliber. So Thank You Microf!

USI purchased a unit for my rental… I purchased a unit for my rental property...paid every note on time & was able to pay off little ahead of schedule. Never was I told to make last payment with a live person?? So like always I paid online. Made last payment in March 2021. Get a call in May payments have been missed?? Uh NO!! LaToya sees at that point paid off in March...but some genius never closed account. Forward to June 21'..call never received my paid off papers?? Call again..am told account just closed yesterday 6/10/21. PLEASE BE AWARE!! You have to stay on top of this company & employees....right hand does not know what left hands does!!!
