The best ever … The agent that helped me and understood my situation at this time was amazing. She was more then respectful and kind and because of that we were able to come to an agreement. It is so important to have someone of those morals and experience.

Microf should use her recordings as a training tool on how to talk to, listen to...and treat a customer! My Financial Setback turned positive by Microf employee, Renee Mitchell !, Due to a financial setback, I was behind on my monthly payments. I suddenly lost my Fiance and became homeless after I transferred to California. I still luckily owned my home in Md. I was able to set up a short term payment agreement, for not much, $100.00 a month, but this was even a hardship for me. I was happy to have the agreement, even though it was not much until I could recuperate financially. Thankfully your representative Renee Mitchell was heaven sent ! She is the ultimate professional, listening to my plight and allowing me to make my payments until I was able to recover financially.
