Who ships silver bas in a bag?? You can feel what it is and its heavy.. Called support, they wanted pictures of the torn and taped bag. They are investigating and I have not heard from them since;

GBI am very happy with my purchase of… I am very happy with my purchase of kilo silver bars from Bullion Exchanges. I buy from wherever I find the best deal. That means that I buy from Bullion Exchanges most often, since they usually have the best deal. If there is a tie in price, I still choose BE because, for my location it usually results in quicker delivery. I am planning my next purchase. I highly recommend buying precious metals. Inflation will be here for awhile.

GBUsed to be very good, Now I question if they are Have had several orders through the years. Never had this much trouble waiting for them to ship. The money was transferred on the day of the order, it should take maybe 2-3 business days to clear and that is the max time. Usually that same day or the next. I'm on business day 8 and they finally acknowledge getting payment! That mean they have been sitting on the money for an extra few days getting the interest from it. I also now expect they over sold and are waiting for product so they can ship. Hopefully, it arrives in one piece but based on other reviews I suspect they have gone downhill in both service and business practices. What used to be one of the places I checked will now be a don't bother. There are better dealers out there.

I have always received high end product on the bullion side. Your first order is cumbersome and they could ship quicker one they have cleared funds. That is what I put up with for the best prices.
