GBI know this must be a crazy time for… I know this must be a crazy time for them, however bought 7 kilos of silver, they accepted payment, and after a couple of days canceled my order claiming my address couldn't be verified. Bought off Ebay and they had my phone number and email to verify anything they like. Called and went on their site to find out even though spot price has gone down they are selling the bars at twice the price overnight. Appears my order was canceled so they could jack up premiums due to lack of supply everywhere.

GB5oz silver not recieved, no updates as promised. I ordered a five ounce silver bar with assay. I recieved an envelope only containing the assay, no silver. They messaged and said they would open an investigation and would keep me informed of updates .....that was over five months ago! GBSatisfied first time customer I like how Bullion Exchange isnt written in the package itself, seems like a great way to minimize theft. Shipping seemed a little slow but that's on the postal service. The price was right and the website was easy to use. I've already ordered from Bullion Exchange again and will continue to buy more silver from them in the future.
