USCancelled order thru Pay Pal &… Cancelled order thru Pay Pal & suggested check. The co. doesn't aspect e-checks & needs to join this century. Have used at least 4 or 5 online precious mental sites before them & never had an order refused. I guess that's why they where the only place with the coin I was looking for since you can't get order through to buy item. Needless to say there not ever getting my business.

USOld Fashion Good Service Recently I placed an order and received it in a timely manner. Bullion Exchanges sells the usual bullion products but also has unique items that some online companies don't have. I liked how they add a classy touch to their inner packaging by printing the name on the merchandise box and plastic packing material. It indicates to me that the owner and management take pride in what they do. Fair and very competitive prices too.

USI know this must be a crazy time for… I know this must be a crazy time for them, however bought 7 kilos of silver, they accepted payment, and after a couple of days canceled my order claiming my address couldn't be verified. Bought off Ebay and they had my phone number and email to verify anything they like. Called and went on their site to find out even though spot price has gone down they are selling the bars at twice the price overnight. Appears my order was canceled so they could jack up premiums due to lack of supply everywhere.

USNothing but good experiences Nothing but good experiences. I have placed multiples orders over the last six months. Mostly certified platinum and silver bullion. I have always received high end product on the bullion side. Your first order is cumbersome and they could ship quicker one they have cleared funds. That is what I put up with for the best prices.

USNo issues with Bullion Exchanges, plan to buy again No issues with Bullion Exchanges. Sent Payment by Check through USPS First Class Mail. After a few days received email notification that they received my check. After the 5 day waiting period for clearance and a few more days for shipping, I had my items within 2 weeks. They shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Required.
