My account manager, Paco Irigoyen, has been very professional & dedicated from day one. He has made this process easier, anytime I have encountered an issue, he immediately has resolved the matter and released the stress when it comes to getting paid on time and/ or any other issues we have had. Definitely, I would not even consider going to anyone else even if they promised me the sun, moon, & stars. I was never promised anything, if anything, I always saw things happen and being taken care of before my eyes in a very professional manner. GBThis is possibly the worst factoring… This is possibly the worst factoring company ever. The good: they do factor a lot of brokers, some other factoring wont. The bad: they're always denying paperwork For one reason or another then Instead of calling and notifying You of a denial they email you Late in the evening I'm driving a Rig sometimes 4-6 hours I can't Constantly check my email, Then there's the phone the only answer you get is from the ope- rator who connect you to phones No one answers and forget about leaving messages it will be a dark place in hell before anyone returns a call, there's a lot more negatives but I'll stop here Stay away from this company or you'll be sorry of course this is my experience I'm sharing.
