Late notification on claims, was told on day 84 about a claim (just hearing about it on this day for the 1st time) that it was going to be reversed back and I would be liable for it on day 90. Only giving me 6 days to figure it out the details about the claim and to get it resolved - given to me on a Friday and it was a holiday weekend ). Lucky me! :-/ Poor communication, felt like there was a lot of "small" disclaimers, that weren't communicated when I was signing up for there service.
