PROFESSIONAL & DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER ICC was the best choice I could have ever made when it comes to a factoring company. My account manager, Paco Irigoyen, has been very professional & dedicated from day one. He has made this process easier, anytime I have encountered an issue, he immediately has resolved the matter and released the stress when it comes to getting paid on time and/ or any other issues we have had. Definitely, I would not even consider going to anyone else even if they promised me the sun, moon, & stars. I was never promised anything, if anything, I always saw things happen and being taken care of before my eyes in a very professional manner. Knowledgeable and professional The staff at ICC is superb. You couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. Any requests made are handled promptly and with the utmost care. They will do what they can to help out with a wide array of issues and if one person doesn't know there are others who are quick to speak up with ideas. They are right there next to you during your trial and tribulations and will share in your successes as well. This company definitely has the factoring business figured out and shows tremendous staying power.
