GBAccount Manager Account Manager My communication is mainly my account manager writing to me in ALL caps in the subject field. Late notification on claims, was told on day 84 about a claim (just hearing about it on this day for the 1st time) that it was going to be reversed back and I would be liable for it on day 90. Only giving me 6 days to figure it out the details about the claim and to get it resolved - given to me on a Friday and it was a holiday weekend ). Lucky me! :-/ Poor communication, felt like there was a lot of "small" disclaimers, that weren't communicated when I was signing up for there service.

GB3 years and counting. Over 3 years now and no real problems. Paid on time every time. They assist you with questions promptly. If you consider them, ask for Crystal Nutter as your account manager. EXCEPTIONALISM AT ITS BEST!!!

GBI do not recommend this company to… I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you need a release letter they won’t give it to you and they have poor customer service.

GBfuel card ISCC should not charge any fee for fuel card funding how some other companies do.

GBThis is possibly the worst factoring… This is possibly the worst factoring company ever. The good: they do factor a lot of brokers, some other factoring wont. The bad: they're always denying paperwork For one reason or another then Instead of calling and notifying You of a denial they email you Late in the evening I'm driving a Rig sometimes 4-6 hours I can't Constantly check my email, Then there's the phone the only answer you get is from the ope- rator who connect you to phones No one answers and forget about leaving messages it will be a dark place in hell before anyone returns a call, there's a lot more negatives but I'll stop here Stay away from this company or you'll be sorry of course this is my experience I'm sharing.
