Everytime I have emailed a question, they have responded quickly with an answer. I like when a company communicates with me and is well informed on ALL situations. This is possibly the worst factoring… This is possibly the worst factoring company ever. The good: they do factor a lot of brokers, some other factoring wont. The bad: they're always denying paperwork For one reason or another then Instead of calling and notifying You of a denial they email you Late in the evening I'm driving a Rig sometimes 4-6 hours I can't Constantly check my email, Then there's the phone the only answer you get is from the ope- rator who connect you to phones No one answers and forget about leaving messages it will be a dark place in hell before anyone returns a call, there's a lot more negatives but I'll stop here Stay away from this company or you'll be sorry of course this is my experience I'm sharing.

Very helpful and efficient! As with all new things, it took a couple tries to get all familiar with the practices, but after the figuring of the rather easy process Interstate Capital has been a true blessing in disguise. The rep I work with is so wonderful, and patient. Everything goes quick and smooth. As far as a factoring company, these people are top notch.
