very professional We highly recommend Interstate Capital to anyone that it's either starting a small company or if you are a large company. When we started our company Interstate Capital was helpful in every way in getting us started , we have been with them for several years now and have never had issues with them, they are easy to always get a hold of them and are always there if you have question and are they are always willing to listen. PROFESSIONAL & DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER ICC was the best choice I could have ever made when it comes to a factoring company. My account manager, Paco Irigoyen, has been very professional & dedicated from day one. He has made this process easier, anytime I have encountered an issue, he immediately has resolved the matter and released the stress when it comes to getting paid on time and/ or any other issues we have had. Horrible experience Horrible experience! I called to find out about factoring decided to go with a different company they filed a ucc against my company and charged me a fee remove it. They took several days just to tell me how to pay the fee. I asked them what gave them the right to file the ucc they didn’t have a signed contract and I got a run around. 230 dollars to remove a ucc that only costs 20 dollars to get. Very dishonest people Sarah Williams was who I was dealing with and I did good to get correspondence more than once a day
