GBAccount Manager Account Manager My communication is mainly my account manager writing to me in ALL caps in the subject field. Late notification on claims, was told on day 84 about a claim (just hearing about it on this day for the 1st time) that it was going to be reversed back and I would be liable for it on day 90. Only giving me 6 days to figure it out the details about the claim and to get it resolved - given to me on a Friday and it was a holiday weekend ). Lucky me! :-/ Poor communication, felt like there was a lot of "small" disclaimers, that weren't communicated when I was signing up for there service.

GBOut Standing Service As a company we have used Interstated Capital Corp for 7 Years. They have always been out standing in their service to us. Everytime I have emailed a question, they have responded quickly with an answer. I like when a company communicates with me and is well informed on ALL situations. GBPROFESSIONAL & DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER ICC was the best choice I could have ever made when it comes to a factoring company. My account manager, Paco Irigoyen, has been very professional & dedicated from day one. He has made this process easier, anytime I have encountered an issue, he immediately has resolved the matter and released the stress when it comes to getting paid on time and/ or any other issues we have had. Definitely, I would not even consider going to anyone else even if they promised me the sun, moon, & stars. I was never promised anything, if anything, I always saw things happen and being taken care of before my eyes in a very professional manner. Paco definitely goes far & beyond and has resolved any minor discrepancies in a timely fashion manner. Thank you ICC.
