Knowledgeable and professional The staff at ICC is superb. You couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. Any requests made are handled promptly and with the utmost care. They will do what they can to help out with a wide array of issues and if one person doesn't know there are others who are quick to speak up with ideas. They are right there next to you during your trial and tribulations and will share in your successes as well. This company definitely has the factoring business figured out and shows tremendous staying power.

Very helpful and efficient! As with all new things, it took a couple tries to get all familiar with the practices, but after the figuring of the rather easy process Interstate Capital has been a true blessing in disguise. This is possibly the worst factoring… This is possibly the worst factoring company ever. The good: they do factor a lot of brokers, some other factoring wont. The bad: they're always denying paperwork For one reason or another then Instead of calling and notifying You of a denial they email you Late in the evening I'm driving a Rig sometimes 4-6 hours I can't Constantly check my email, Then there's the phone the only answer you get is from the ope- rator who connect you to phones No one answers and forget about leaving messages it will be a dark place in hell before anyone returns a call, there's a lot more negatives but I'll stop here Stay away from this company or you'll be sorry of course this is my experience I'm sharing.
