GBPROFESSIONAL & DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER ICC was the best choice I could have ever made when it comes to a factoring company. My account manager, Paco Irigoyen, has been very professional & dedicated from day one. He has made this process easier, anytime I have encountered an issue, he immediately has resolved the matter and released the stress when it comes to getting paid on time and/ or any other issues we have had. Definitely, I would not even consider going to anyone else even if they promised me the sun, moon, & stars. I was never promised anything, if anything, I always saw things happen and being taken care of before my eyes in a very professional manner. GBHorrible experience Horrible experience! I called to find out about factoring decided to go with a different company they filed a ucc against my company and charged me a fee remove it. They took several days just to tell me how to pay the fee. I asked them what gave them the right to file the ucc they didn’t have a signed contract and I got a run around. 230 dollars to remove a ucc that only costs 20 dollars to get. Very dishonest people Sarah Williams was who I was dealing with and I did good to get correspondence more than once a day

GB3 years and counting. Over 3 years now and no real problems. Paid on time every time. They assist you with questions promptly. If you consider them, ask for Crystal Nutter as your account manager. EXCEPTIONALISM AT ITS BEST!!!
