GBWorst factoring company we ever dealt… Worst factoring company we ever dealt with in 16yrs. First they originally quoted us as non recourse, but changed it after the first or second year without us knowing. They started taking money out of our settlements when customers we had worked for for years when they would fall little behind. Every time they would take our money we would call the debtor and they always would pay. All interstate had to do was communicate the problem before they took our money out of nowhere and we would have call the debtor. The agent kept quitting every other 2 or 3 months. They all had bad attitudes. They were the worst. We went to Swordgate capital and Thank GOD.

GBTrust worthy and very professional people. We have had an excellent relationship with since 2012. The people are extremely proficient and have even given us a lower rate because of the volume of monies we have contracted. Thank you to all, Vickie Hollis, Logistics Manager, Triple TTT Transport LLC

GBVery helpful and efficient! As with all new things, it took a couple tries to get all familiar with the practices, but after the figuring of the rather easy process Interstate Capital has been a true blessing in disguise. The rep I work with is so wonderful, and patient. Everything goes quick and smooth. As far as a factoring company, these people are top notch.

GBKnowledgeable and professional The staff at ICC is superb. You couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. Any requests made are handled promptly and with the utmost care. They will do what they can to help out with a wide array of issues and if one person doesn't know there are others who are quick to speak up with ideas. They are right there next to you during your trial and tribulations and will share in your successes as well. This company definitely has the factoring business figured out and shows tremendous staying power.

GBAccount Manager Account Manager My communication is mainly my account manager writing to me in ALL caps in the subject field. Late notification on claims, was told on day 84 about a claim (just hearing about it on this day for the 1st time) that it was going to be reversed back and I would be liable for it on day 90. Only giving me 6 days to figure it out the details about the claim and to get it resolved - given to me on a Friday and it was a holiday weekend ). Lucky me! :-/ Poor communication, felt like there was a lot of "small" disclaimers, that weren't communicated when I was signing up for there service.
