GBMy situation has been stressful and… My situation has been stressful and lengthy but I can only image what BA and their affiliates are going through. At first I felt as if I was getting the runaround but then I had to sit back and really think of the other side of this process. I too have trying times on accurate delivery of service. Things happen and I understand. Do they answer right away not all the time but at least they eventually will and provide as much information as possible. I have faith and trust in the process. The last few weeks my agents (Olivia and Aylsa)have really kept me updated on my status and I truly appreciate it. Keep doing the best you can and keep your heads up. They talked BAD about our higher power too.

GBFINALLY PAID 08/28 FINALLY PAID 08/28, SIGNED 05/28 oh wait BlueAcorn "accidentally"paid the original bank who rejected my deposit on 06/04 AGAIN. They emailed me saying management was aware of this mistake and they don't know why it happened. They said to keep checking the portal. So after 3 months of checking the portal with ZERO communication or option to update my bank info or verify my ID they literally finally paid me, again, to the original bank which rejected the first deposit. Now instead of doing something about it, after this stomach turning hope smashing moment of negligence after 3 months of waiting for something they tell me.... "Keep checking back at the portal"

GBI did 100 trouble tickets for this… I did 100 trouble tickets for this response and all this company does it lie and give you this blank response, I have brought this to their attention over 3 weeks ago and I have now informed law enforcement. Just send me the freaking letter, why all of these excuses. Please just email me the freaking letter, why do you making everything so hard. Hello Brian! GBI was approved I was approved, funds sent to capital one bank… they but funds on hold , 2 months ago funds were sent back to blue acorn , still no update from blue acorn . They are just saying still under manual review, at this point i don’t think I’m going to receive my funds it’s been a whole year & the problem still hasn’t been solved
