GBNot sure what that response was from… Not sure what that response was from Blueacron in response to my comment. Even the responses from them are generic on the forum. Not sure why blue acorn is apologizing but I was approved and you guys aren’t even taking the time to look into anything because you’re responding with incorrect information which again doesn’t help me. Who is running this business?…. It’s ridiculous that ALL of these people are having the same issues with this company. Class Action suit it is!

GBIronic what Blue Acorn has been doing… Ironic what Blue Acorn has been doing with their auto replies. Facts are this: 1.) Was approved and received loan number 2.) One digit was missing in routing number and “support ticket” was submitted SAME DAY 3.) never received a response to correct it 4.) was told by chat rep from Blue Acorn that all was good and just needed to fix routing number and to wait for email this was 6/23 and within 30 min of that chat was denied as well as 75k other people according to the SBA because Blue Acorn was practicing illegal funding errors!

GBFINALLY PAID 08/28 FINALLY PAID 08/28, SIGNED 05/28 oh wait BlueAcorn "accidentally"paid the original bank who rejected my deposit on 06/04 AGAIN. They emailed me saying management was aware of this mistake and they don't know why it happened. They said to keep checking the portal. So after 3 months of checking the portal with ZERO communication or option to update my bank info or verify my ID they literally finally paid me, again, to the original bank which rejected the first deposit. Now instead of doing something about it, after this stomach turning hope smashing moment of negligence after 3 months of waiting for something they tell me.... "Keep checking back at the portal"

GBUpdate 8/31 Update 8/31 I received an email and text on 8/27 saying that my funds were going to be sent to the same bank account that rejected the funds the first time(Dave) and when i emailed them about it they said disregard and finally yesterday i received and email and text to opt in for the card and upload additional docs so praying that i get my card and funds will be on there once i activate it. Just hoping im not like some who got denied after the reverification process or get the card and no funds are on there cause my business needs these funds . Will update again when i get my card.

GBAwesome Blueacorn! So, I have had all good experiences with Blueacorn. The loan took a little longer to fund than I woukd have liked but I did get the money. And this is the SBA - monster organization - that is at the heart of this situation. I am extremely grateful to have had Blueacorn help me navigate the negative and muddy sludge of the SBA. They haven't started their forgiveness process yet but I expect I will be notified appropriately when they do and I will appreciate their help at that time, too. Thanks Blueacorn!!
