Brenda I have had the pleasure of working with several great professionals with this company. However, Michael Combs and John Caceres are a dynamic duo! When I saw no light at the end of the tunnel, Michael must have spent hours on the phone gaining my confidence and helping me see how 321 would benefit me and my spouse, the most of all the things we were considering. Then along came John Caceres and made the transition so easy and stayed on the phone with me until everything was complete. Just fed up with this company, my credit has dropped 100 points since I signed the contract, all my creditors that are on the program balances due are now 3-400$ higher than they were. My credit score is worse than it ever was, I have paid this company over $1500 and nothing has been done to pay the creditors. When I have received a call from 321, they just say stuff, but still nothing is done and I am truly unsatisfied with this company. Unfortunately there is a contract and they got me so far in debt now I will never be able to climb out of it.

questionable company? I have been with this company for several months now to help straighten out my finances and mistakes that I have made in the past. The only thing that I have seen, is that my payments are taken each month and this MYSTERIOUS balance of 5 thousand dollar "plus" drops a little bit each month with each payment. Now what is this balance?? No debt has been paid and SEVRAL creditors have been willing to settle for LESS than originally owed, whats wrong with this picture and I NEVER get any straight answers.
