Hello everyone, Hello everyone, I signed up for Helping America Group back in October 2015. They have been drafting my account for around $400 per month. I have tried multiple times to called the company I have been receiving letters about legal action against me?? They claimed that they will help you with your debt by calling all your creditors, however, almost 2 years and nothing has been done. My credit is on the floor and no answers. Anybody, knows anything or what steps to take?? Urgent please...

MISLEADING I was under the impression that this company would take over my debts and pay off those debts. I only added more debt to my credit score and put myself in more of a bind. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my peers going through what I am going through. I will try to find a way to terminate my agreement and handle my finances in another way.

Fraud Organization This company is really a fraud . I also got trapped with their prior commitments to settle the debt. But their service towards needs of customer is really poor even after providing enough documentation they didn't work actively to settle the debt. Their executives response towards issue is not up to the mark they keep on assuring lot of big things. But never proactively handled the problem on time. At last when asked to cancel the service their officer said we don't have that provision and there is no such guarantee of money refund. Even though payment was made on time and they keep charging banks to take the monthly payments but no sign of refunding the money. I will take my case to bigger forums and let people aware of the fact Thanks

Just disappointed There is no one I can never talk to. Someone is always calling about a payment after payment was sent. Nothing was done in my favor and I am destroying my credit even worst believing they were going to help me. Now I have to find a way to dig myself out of this ditch I allowed them to create.
