MISLEADING I was under the impression that this company would take over my debts and pay off those debts. I only added more debt to my credit score and put myself in more of a bind. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my peers going through what I am going through. I will try to find a way to terminate my agreement and handle my finances in another way.

Hello everyone, Hello everyone, I signed up for Helping America Group back in October 2015. They have been drafting my account for around $400 per month. I have tried multiple times to called the company I have been receiving letters about legal action against me?? They claimed that they will help you with your debt by calling all your creditors, however, almost 2 years and nothing has been done. My credit is on the floor and no answers. Anybody, knows anything or what steps to take?? Urgent please...

Just fed up with this company, my credit has dropped 100 points since I signed the contract, all my creditors that are on the program balances due are now 3-400$ higher than they were. My credit score is worse than it ever was, I have paid this company over $1500 and nothing has been done to pay the creditors. When I have received a call from 321, they just say stuff, but still nothing is done and I am truly unsatisfied with this company. Unfortunately there is a contract and they got me so far in debt now I will never be able to climb out of it.

I get a sense of peace knowing I have someone in my corner that can help me solve my issues., and have the legal background of lawyers that can step up to the plate and handle what ever legal advice that I need. URGENT! URGENT!! Please go onthe FTC website regarding HAG. I have been a customer for almost three years. I cannot believe this!! I am at a Loss. The company is being investigated by the FTC and the state of Florida.
