MISLEADING I was under the impression that this company would take over my debts and pay off those debts. I only added more debt to my credit score and put myself in more of a bind. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my peers going through what I am going through. I will try to find a way to terminate my agreement and handle my finances in another way.

Big Disappointment Company never returns phone calls and never seems to be up to date with any information. But will constantly harass you if you are late with a payment, however if you ask the caller about updates on your file that information is never available. After a year of service my credit is worse than before....

Amazing Service When I call in I usually get one person repeatedly. That Agents name is Rita Daniels. She is an amazing csr, and is very direct and helps me understand all I need to know about my bill everytime I call. Very smart and intellectual customer rep, and she needs a raise! Give her a raise please, cause she definitely deserves one!!!

Just what I needed I was in quite a bind with interest rates on all my open accounts until I considered consolidation. 321 Loans INC definitely helped me get out of a big mess. If any of you are keeping If any of you are keeping up with the 321 loans receivership you can see that the lawyers got themselfs paid what about those of us who sent them the money when do we get ours.Theypaid themselfs over a million dollars for less then 6 months of work with our money and we have not gotten squat sorry I am so mad at myself for believeing in such a scam
