GBMISLEADING I was under the impression that this company would take over my debts and pay off those debts. I only added more debt to my credit score and put myself in more of a bind. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my peers going through what I am going through. I will try to find a way to terminate my agreement and handle my finances in another way.

GBquestionable company? I have been with this company for several months now to help straighten out my finances and mistakes that I have made in the past. The only thing that I have seen, is that my payments are taken each month and this MYSTERIOUS balance of 5 thousand dollar "plus" drops a little bit each month with each payment. Now what is this balance?? No debt has been paid and SEVRAL creditors have been willing to settle for LESS than originally owed, whats wrong with this picture and I NEVER get any straight answers.

GBAmazing Service When I call in I usually get one person repeatedly. That Agents name is Rita Daniels. She is an amazing csr, and is very direct and helps me understand all I need to know about my bill everytime I call. Very smart and intellectual customer rep, and she needs a raise! Give her a raise please, cause she definitely deserves one!!!

GBBrenda I have had the pleasure of working with several great professionals with this company. However, Michael Combs and John Caceres are a dynamic duo! When I saw no light at the end of the tunnel, Michael must have spent hours on the phone gaining my confidence and helping me see how 321 would benefit me and my spouse, the most of all the things we were considering. Then along came John Caceres and made the transition so easy and stayed on the phone with me until everything was complete. It was easy to realize these two enjoy their job, but mostly love helping those who need help the most! Thanks Mike and John!!!

GBFraud Organization This company is really a fraud . I also got trapped with their prior commitments to settle the debt. But their service towards needs of customer is really poor even after providing enough documentation they didn't work actively to settle the debt. Their executives response towards issue is not up to the mark they keep on assuring lot of big things. But never proactively handled the problem on time. At last when asked to cancel the service their officer said we don't have that provision and there is no such guarantee of money refund. Even though payment was made on time and they keep charging banks to take the monthly payments but no sign of refunding the money. I will take my case to bigger forums and let people aware of the fact Thanks
