GBSTAY FAR AWAY Horrible customer service. Loans are VERY high interest rate. They say one thing and do another. Beware. They literally start calling 3 days before loan is even due. 2x on the due date, and 3x a day starting when you are 1 day late. Will not recommend. Stay far away.

GBThese people harasses you even when… These people harasses you even when your payment is not due. Then they have the nerves to try to withdraw money out my account before the due date because they wouldn’t be open when payment was due. They call call call like something wrong with them. I’ll never get a loan from them again!

GBAfter calling and letting you know that… After calling and letting you know that I was out of work and would pay when I could you still took the only money I had let in my account including an overdraft. I was never late paying what I owe always money. In this difficult time when people are out of work and can't pay their bill always money should had giving your customers a chance before you decided to break us that have mouths to feed. I will never do business with always money ever again.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. The loan process is fine I deposited my check on Wednesday and it got deposited on a Wednesday. The deposit time is based on your bank theres nothing they can do. I understand that but when I called to get clarification the representative was rude got an attitude and just kept repeating the same thing to me. She didnt even ask me my name or anything to see if there was a problem. I believe the representatives name was Angela. She was so rude that I just asked to speak to the supervisor I believe her name was Dion. She was great nice and very helpful. Unfortunately based off the representative I will be paying my loan and not dealing with this company again. I cant deal with the rudeness especially when I'm paying my money for a service. Thanks but no thanks.

GBDon't waste your time!! Went through the whole process online. Received an email stating I was approved for up to $1,000 upon bringing in all documentation to physical office, just to be denied because I had an online banking account and not a local bank. Keep in mind I was asked all these questions during the first process online. I was not denied there, but was denied at the office. A lot of wasted time......
