I DO NOT. Recommend this company I purchased shipping protection when buying first time from a website shipping from overseas. A good idea in theory so when item arrived part of it was missing. I contacted seller and they said they shipped it and it must have been lost in transit. Seel claims they covered lost items which this clearly is as it was shipped and between them and me it was lost. Seel denied my request with a short email saying I cannot prove that someone took it. Haha what the heck is this? I’m a buyer who bought insurance to protect me from this type of thing. It’s definitely a scam and I do not recommend using this company at all for any insurance needs. Total Scammers Total. scam. I got ripped off in their part of it. Do not deal with this company. When I got ripped off. You know what ther answer was? Get ahold of the company. You bought it from.

TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!! I sent back 2 of 4 items I didn’t want to keep. They approved it. It was sent within the 7 days time frame. I did my own UPS for delivery and have proof. They sent me an email that they rejected it cause it wasn’t within the timeframe which is absolutely NOT TRUE!! They have my items, I paid to ship back and now out the dollars for the items and the shipping. This is supposed to be a guaranteed return if done by their rules of which I also had to pay extra for that as well! Now they are ignoring me. Such a SCAM!! will take action with my credit card at this point. If they comply with my refund then I’ll remove this review!

This company are complicit with… This company are complicit with scammers, do not trust them. I paid for protection for a mirror and now I’m getting emails from this company saying that they’ve not had payment from the mirror company and it’s nothing to do with them. I’ve paid £10 to this company for shipping protection !!!
