This company are complicit with… This company are complicit with scammers, do not trust them. I paid for protection for a mirror and now I’m getting emails from this company saying that they’ve not had payment from the mirror company and it’s nothing to do with them. I’ve paid £10 to this company for shipping protection !!!

Seel does not allow you to even file a claim Seel's system is not letting me file a claim for a stolen package because I am "past the deadline" even though I am well within the 7-day deadline they are citing. Seems like an illegitimate company that doesn't actually provide any protection service. I'm considering pursuing legal action

Shipping is not covered They allow for returns, but won't make accommodations for shipping, even when the cost of shipping exceeds the price of the item itself.

Horrible Horrible, they have no customer service to contact. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner so then your VERY short return window is denied. They do not cover shipping cost because it exceeds the refund price so the entire thing is a scam.
