I had an extremely disappointing… I had an extremely disappointing experience with SEEL.com. I purchased an item from Shopping Simmon and decided to purchase return insurance offered by SEEL.com to guarantee my peace of mind. However, when I needed to return the item, I faced a real saga to get my money back. It has been four months since I contacted SEEL.com to request a refund, and so far I have not received any satisfactory feedback. They already have the item in their possession, but they continue to ignore my attempts to contact me and do not refund the amount paid. This lack of accountability and transparency on the part of SEEL.com is unacceptable. Not only did they renege on their promise to offer a returns insurance service, they also showed complete disregard for consumer rights.

TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!! I sent back 2 of 4 items I didn’t want to keep. They approved it. It was sent within the 7 days time frame. I did my own UPS for delivery and have proof. They sent me an email that they rejected it cause it wasn’t within the timeframe which is absolutely NOT TRUE!! They have my items, I paid to ship back and now out the dollars for the items and the shipping. This is supposed to be a guaranteed return if done by their rules of which I also had to pay extra for that as well! Now they are ignoring me. Such a SCAM!! will take action with my credit card at this point. If they comply with my refund then I’ll remove this review!

This company are complicit with… This company are complicit with scammers, do not trust them. I paid for protection for a mirror and now I’m getting emails from this company saying that they’ve not had payment from the mirror company and it’s nothing to do with them. I’ve paid £10 to this company for shipping protection !!!

Shipping is not covered They allow for returns, but won't make accommodations for shipping, even when the cost of shipping exceeds the price of the item itself.

Horrible Horrible, they have no customer service to contact. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner so then your VERY short return window is denied. They do not cover shipping cost because it exceeds the refund price so the entire thing is a scam.
