I had an extremely disappointing… I had an extremely disappointing experience with SEEL.com. I purchased an item from Shopping Simmon and decided to purchase return insurance offered by SEEL.com to guarantee my peace of mind. However, when I needed to return the item, I faced a real saga to get my money back. It has been four months since I contacted SEEL.com to request a refund, and so far I have not received any satisfactory feedback. They already have the item in their possession, but they continue to ignore my attempts to contact me and do not refund the amount paid. This lack of accountability and transparency on the part of SEEL.com is unacceptable. Not only did they renege on their promise to offer a returns insurance service, they also showed complete disregard for consumer rights.

Seel Insurance is a Scam!!! Don't trust Seel Insurance, it's a scam! Shop Premium Outlet uses its service. They claim you pay %10 of item cost for insurance, and a $10 shipping fee is deducted if an item is returned. But they sent me a 1lb 12 oz postage when my item is 14lb. Customer service was rude and refused to cover the shipping amount. Resources Seel.com wasted on my end : -> Insurance cost + Full shipping charge + Time off from work to go to USPS + Headaches to deal with Rude Seel back and forth + A useless item you can't get ride of taking space

This may be the worst customer… This may be the worst customer experience I have ever received. They would not let me return an item that did not match the description on the website because it was hours after the 7 day cutoff, which I was out of town for the entirety of due to the unfortunate delayed delivery of the item purchased. Their rep was downright mean, refused to directly answer questions, and each painfully slow response just reiterated their return policy. 7 days, and not a minute over. Got it. I’ll never pay for this awful service again. If you get assigned to Cass, just give up. Her nonsensical responses will make you want to bang your head against a wall. I give the whole operation 0 out of 5 stars.

I DO NOT. Recommend this company I purchased shipping protection when buying first time from a website shipping from overseas. A good idea in theory so when item arrived part of it was missing. I contacted seller and they said they shipped it and it must have been lost in transit. Seel claims they covered lost items which this clearly is as it was shipped and between them and me it was lost. Seel denied my request with a short email saying I cannot prove that someone took it. Haha what the heck is this? I’m a buyer who bought insurance to protect me from this type of thing. It’s definitely a scam and I do not recommend using this company at all for any insurance needs. And to think my item was only 140$. Imagine if it was something of actual value. Issue ID: 2403042179975070660
