GBSeel will not respond via email or honor its insurance Seel will not respond via email. It is nothing but an array of AI-generated messages. Total scam. No way to return the item. Have to reject it at the merchant level. Total scam. Don't buy it.

GBSeel Return Assurance Ordered a dress that was final sale and not returnable but got Seel Return Assurance. Ended up returning the dress within the allotted window and received follow up emails every step of the way. Refunded via venmo.

GBI ordered a fitbit on goodwillfinds… I ordered a fitbit on goodwillfinds that was covered by Seel Return Assurance. I was dissatisfied with the watch for several reasons so returned it to Seel after starting the return process with them. Issue 1: After a day or two, I checked the tracking number on UPS and it said they were unable to deliver it to them because there wasn't a safe place for them to put it. What? How is that possible? This is a return facility. UPS gave an option of redelivery or have Seel pick it up. I emailed Seel asking what should be done and never received a response back. I later received an email confirmation they received the item. Issue 2: They emailed me asking if this was a used item because it was missing something. My response was "Yes, that's one of the several reasons I returned it." And yes, it's used...it's goodwill. Issue 3: They emailed me back stating they didn't cover returns of damaged/incorrect/defective items. What? That is basically the only reason I paid an extra $5 for the return assurance. This is BS. Issue 4. Now they want me to send them a return label so they can return the watch to me and that I need to work with goodwill in order to resolve this. Also BS. Summary: Seel is a worthless place of business and a scam in my opinion. Don't pay the extra money for the "return assurance".

GBSeel does not allow you to even file a claim Seel's system is not letting me file a claim for a stolen package because I am "past the deadline" even though I am well within the 7-day deadline they are citing. Seems like an illegitimate company that doesn't actually provide any protection service. I'm considering pursuing legal action

GBI ordered some boots on Facebook I ordered some boots on Facebook, insured by this company. Never got shipping or tracking notice nor did the boots ever show up. Contacted this company, now known as Cass & Seel. They claim they refunded to my PayPal but there are no transactions on my PayPal or credit card. They are definitely part of the scam!
