I spent $99 a month I spent $99 a month. They removed 2 items from my credit (inquiries). My score improved 17 points over 7 months. Hundreds of dollars barely made a difference. When I cancelled, they continued to charge me. Had to fight again and again with them on the phone to actually get the subscription cancelled. Horrible experience. They are just trying to suck as much money as they can out of poor people with bad credit.

As a business owner, I understand the importance of a good credit score. I signed up with creditrepair.com with a BK, collection accounts, and several hard inquiries. They charges $89.95 monthly, promising significant improvements. After 7 months, I saw zero results. Desperate, I canceled, but they offered a 25% discount to trap me. When I questioned their effectiveness, they said “something might come off 8-12 months!” I refused and canceled, but they still charged me! My calls went unanswered, and online chat confirmed their services were non-refundable. They even blocked my account! These crooks stole over $1,300 without helping me at all. Horrendous service - just tried to pay me off to remove negative review! Posted a review in relation to horrible service, not settling the case and being pushy to take a $250 settlement fee. Due to the negative review, I have been offered a small refund of $660, when I spent over $3,000. I decided to take it, they went to send the contract over and advised I would receive my refund of $660 upon receipt of removing my negative review. This company is something else. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Rip off company I have them for 6… Rip off company I have them for 6 months just one item have been removed and when I called, they are still working on it, 60 days for an answer from credit bureaus that's what they say, wasting time and money they send letters claiming that those items weren't yours when they are clearly yours i never told them to say that. Pls don't waste your money check reviews before you start.
