Taken advantage of when I needed help How can a company like this exist. I contacted them as I couldn't work out why my credit rating was low on 2 of the credit rating sites. They look at it and came back and said they could help me. It is over 6 months now & they have change nothing. I rang them earlier on as I was concern they were acting on problems from nearly 20 years ago with no success. The money is still be taken out, but I can't access the information on the site that they said I could. No contact from the company for months. I will be contacting ACCC

As a business owner, I understand the importance of a good credit score. I signed up with creditrepair.com with a BK, collection accounts, and several hard inquiries. They charges $89.95 monthly, promising significant improvements. After 7 months, I saw zero results. Desperate, I canceled, but they offered a 25% discount to trap me. When I questioned their effectiveness, they said “something might come off 8-12 months!” I refused and canceled, but they still charged me! My calls went unanswered, and online chat confirmed their services were non-refundable. They even blocked my account! These crooks stole over $1,300 without helping me at all. Credit Repair Was A Good Place to Start Credit Repair did its job. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the service because I moved to a state where they're not licensed. However, my improved credit score made moving a lot easier. When I signed up for Credit Repair a few years ago, my score was 563. When I started looking for a new place to live this past week, my score was 804.
