GBSave your money and do it yourself!!!! Save your money and do it yourself!!!!! Worst experience I ever had. First off my credit score decreased drastically, lowest it’s ever been. I had only two things that were removed and that’s because I paid up one debit and the other was past seven years so it was coming off anyway, but nothing else was removed with all the challenges and money spent, they actually made one of the creditors reopen a case that was closed and my score is constantly going down because of it. I highly recommend not working with these people you are better off doing it yourself, I definitely wasn’t satisfied with their service. Please don’t waste your time

GBCreditrepair.com is a joke Creditrepair.com is a joke. They charged me 96.73 dollars to cancelled the service before 30 days period. The incentive fee is 99.95+14.99 to monitor the account which mean I’m basically paying two months service. On top of that, they said that my negative items were removed from TransUnion, but when I checked with TransUnion my negative items were still there. It’s a fraud, my actual Fisco score is 718 but they had at 634. Such a shame and please avoid the mistake that I’ve made.

GBI spent $99 a month I spent $99 a month. They removed 2 items from my credit (inquiries). My score improved 17 points over 7 months. Hundreds of dollars barely made a difference. When I cancelled, they continued to charge me. Had to fight again and again with them on the phone to actually get the subscription cancelled. Horrible experience. They are just trying to suck as much money as they can out of poor people with bad credit.

AUTaken advantage of when I needed help How can a company like this exist. I contacted them as I couldn't work out why my credit rating was low on 2 of the credit rating sites. They look at it and came back and said they could help me. It is over 6 months now & they have change nothing. I rang them earlier on as I was concern they were acting on problems from nearly 20 years ago with no success. The money is still be taken out, but I can't access the information on the site that they said I could. No contact from the company for months. I will be contacting ACCC

GBNot a good experience I had a disputed charge with Verizon wireless which was adversely affecting my credit score. As I was not sure how to navigate the situation I hired creditrepair.com to take care of it for me. I spent 6 months and $700 with them. During that time I contacted them twice and did everything that they suggested. My credit score never budged an inch. An attorney friend of mine suggested I contact the FCC to file a complaint with Verizon to expedite resolving the matter. Verizon contacted me within 3 days and we had the entire matter settled within two weeks. It seems to me that creditrepair.com should have known how to resolve the matter quickly. For me, saying creditrepair.com was a disappointment would be a kind way of saying I wasted $700 in 6 months for zero. I'm sure they must provide some benefit to someone or they wouldn't be in business but it certainly wasn't my experience. Far from it.
