AUHorrendous service - just tried to pay me off to remove negative review! Posted a review in relation to horrible service, not settling the case and being pushy to take a $250 settlement fee. Due to the negative review, I have been offered a small refund of $660, when I spent over $3,000. I decided to take it, they went to send the contract over and advised I would receive my refund of $660 upon receipt of removing my negative review. This company is something else. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

USCredit repair.com is a joke I joined credit repair.com January of 2022. I had 3 minor negative reports on my credit reports. To this date I've had no Results on my credit report And they have taken over a $1000 for me. When I called to get an update they had no answer For me Nor could they do anything going forward. If I were you I would read all reviews before signing up with this company.

USSave your money and do it yourself!!!! Save your money and do it yourself!!!!! Worst experience I ever had. First off my credit score decreased drastically, lowest it’s ever been. I had only two things that were removed and that’s because I paid up one debit and the other was past seven years so it was coming off anyway, but nothing else was removed with all the challenges and money spent, they actually made one of the creditors reopen a case that was closed and my score is constantly going down because of it. I highly recommend not working with these people you are better off doing it yourself, I definitely wasn’t satisfied with their service. Please don’t waste your time

USNot a good experience I had a disputed charge with Verizon wireless which was adversely affecting my credit score. As I was not sure how to navigate the situation I hired creditrepair.com to take care of it for me. I spent 6 months and $700 with them. During that time I contacted them twice and did everything that they suggested. My credit score never budged an inch. An attorney friend of mine suggested I contact the FCC to file a complaint with Verizon to expedite resolving the matter. Verizon contacted me within 3 days and we had the entire matter settled within two weeks. It seems to me that creditrepair.com should have known how to resolve the matter quickly. For me, saying creditrepair.com was a disappointment would be a kind way of saying I wasted $700 in 6 months for zero. I'm sure they must provide some benefit to someone or they wouldn't be in business but it certainly wasn't my experience. Far from it.
