GBZoomGrants will add a lot of work to your application process More than once, I have entered info into the grant application, and POOF!, it just disappears into thin air. Sure, you have a MS Word doc as back-up. But you have to re-enter everything again...and that's IF you can access your application or even your account. (I have not been able to access my account during the multiple times this has happened to me.) Grant writers, give yourself a full day - or two - to address the Zoom debacles that will inevitably arise....and make sure your extra days are business days b/c while Zoom can't be relied upon to work during week-end, what you can count on is the inability to get tech support, at least in my exp. When I did reach tech support, I was told that the prob was my fault; later, they said it was the funder's fault. This issue keeps happening. Yikes.

GBVery poor experience As a small business owner we were fortunate to get federal grant money to help get us through this difficult time. That was fantastic but the grant was issued through ZoomGrants and that aspect was far from fantastic. The site was nearly impossible to log in to most of the time. You could literally type in your username and password and go for a jog around the block. By the time you got back your account would just be opening up. So the servers are extremely slow. Also, an issue I had was E-signing a document. After I submitted it I immediately realized I needed to correct an error. There was no way to do this I understand that the traffic volume was large due to a larger number of grants being issued BUT there is no excuse for how pathetically whimpy the current platform is. It feels like the whole thing is running off a single server stuffed in a closet somewhere. Without a doubt this is the worst online experience I have ever dealt with.

GBZoomGrants makes my job easier! I couldn't do my job as Grant Manager nearly so effectively as I do with ZoomGrants. It's flexible and powerful enough to help us get just the information we need from our potential grantees. And support is always fabulous from ZoomGrants. I highly recommend this platform!

GBI like Zoomgrants I like Zoomgrants, but I struggle with changes that are just rolled out with little warning. Training covers the new enhancements, but other software I've worked with had a process and the ability to control what was turned on when. This allowed us to alter business practices to stay with the changes.
