This service is a joke! I spent a lot of time on carsdirect.com selecting cars and options I wanted. I got really great target prices. However, I received so many calls and emails from dealers asking what I wanted and giving me prices way above what carsdirect.com listed. I called carsdirect.com to complain and ask if they sent these companies the information I gave them. I was told that it was just a referral service and a price to try to negotiate for the cars. They did not give the dealers all the information I had given them. It was just a waste of my time! I could have just called the dealer and requested the internet sales and gotten more information and not wasted all that time.

Unauthorized credit checks Unauthorized credit checks. Do not use this company please. There are so many other TRUSTING, RELIABLE, UP FRONT, and HONEST lending and comparison sites out there. Cars Direct will use your information, ruin your credit score, and throw it back in your face. Do not trust this company or recommend them to anyone please. Spread the word or you might be the next victim in a long line of unwanted, unauthorized, and unnecessary hard hits to credit reports. If there was a way to submit review with zero or fewer star ratings this would be one of them. Avoid at all costs.

Bogus Bogus claims. It's the same thing as walking straightforward into a car dealership. Nothing special. If you don't have what they're looking for you won't get what you're looking for just like a car dealership. All they do is shop your application around for a loan....LIKE A REGULAR DEALERSHIP.

BAIT AND SWITCH this company is a joke - I inquired regarding a refinance - I have received numerous calls regarding my pre-approval to purchase a new car??? this is a total violation of FTC lending rules / and it is highly illegal I tried calling them to ask them to remove me so I can stop the phone calls and the unauthorized inquiries on my credit report i ALSO ASKED FOR CONTACT TO THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT- i was sent numerous emails with the same information regarding financing a new car??? this company is in violation of Lending Laws

COMPLETE Full Service at its BEST! CarsDirect thank you so for the complete full service when we purchased the 2013 Fiat 500 POP for our Broker's Open House in June. We gave away this new vehicle for the Grand Prize drawing. Your and my Internet Sales person coordinated all of the paperwork with the Dealership accurately and efficiently. Orange Coast Fiat even delivered the vehicle to our building for the Open House. What an easy and seamless transaction! One that I have told all of our business associates and friends about.
