Most of the landlords are terrible. The website is easy to navigate, however there isn't enough room for advertisements. Even after I upgraded to see more rooms, nothing changed. I think most of the landlords are terrible; they never seem to care to answer calls or reply to messages. They will ask for professional tenants when they are the opposite.

Much better inquiries than c's list… Much better inquiries than c's list because c's list sends you criminals and people with evictions. Spare room seems to send you better qualified candidates.

Trusting the Process Although I have not yet taken part with a room rental, the app/website is outstanding. I receive an email with all updates, which makes the site more user friendly. This makes it easier for me to trust the application and move in process.
