I literally have had no viable conversations with the blind leads they sent me other then: "I just want a value" Had 2 appointments set by their concierge. 1 was a person that just wanted company as her brother told me, the other actually closed. $5500 in GCI for a $3000 investment.

The client was great The client was great! It was a bit confusing at first because he didn't have a house to sell - he was selling the land next to his home. But after we established what he wanted to sell, we were able to work together from getting it subdivided, listed, under contract, and closed!
