But after we established what he wanted to sell, we were able to work together from getting it subdivided, listed, under contract, and closed!

Mortgage Leads are not yet ready to be sold I can't speak to their real estate leads, but the mortgage leads are not quite ready to be sold. They are new to mortgage leads, and just don’t seem to have things dialed in yet. Personally, I would recommend waiting for a while before signing up, until they get things smoothed out. To their credit, they did reach out to me almost immediately after posting my review to make things right. I won’t specify what they did, but suffice it to say they did right by me.
