GBThe client was great The client was great! It was a bit confusing at first because he didn't have a house to sell - he was selling the land next to his home. But after we established what he wanted to sell, we were able to work together from getting it subdivided, listed, under contract, and closed!

GBvery missleading As I mentioned to them over the phone I felt very mislead. I never rembered signing a contract to give them a referal on any deals. Then they ended up taking a very large portion of commission. Then to "make it better" they tried to offer me discounted zip codes and then at my scheduled call with them they said that the discount was no longer valid even though they had just given it to me a few days ago.
