House sold and closed in less than 2 months with Sold.com Soon after contacting sold.com I was contacted by a realtor. We discussed the sale of my home and what I could expect. She reviewed houses in my area what they were selling for and came up with a fair asking price. We put the house on the market within 2 weeks and with 6 showings we had an offer on the house. We closed on 2/29/24. I’m very satisfied with the entire process and the realtor was the best.

very missleading As I mentioned to them over the phone I felt very mislead. I never rembered signing a contract to give them a referal on any deals. Then they ended up taking a very large portion of commission. Then to "make it better" they tried to offer me discounted zip codes and then at my scheduled call with them they said that the discount was no longer valid even though they had just given it to me a few days ago.

Gavin did a great job Gavin did a great job. He took initiative on everything that needed to be done for the sale of our house. He did a great job communicating with us. We really appreciate him!

Lauren was amazing Lauren was amazing. She came in to a task that had a very short turnaround time, told us what we needed to do and assisted us each step of the way. She organized the showings quicker than we through possible, got us a great offer, and saw everything through right to closing with constant communication the whole time. We'd have been completely lost without her and likely taking a large loss on our house. Thank you so much Lauren!

Lucretia Tate Lucretia Tate! She is absolutely the best realtor I have ever had. I have bought and sold at least I have a dozen homes over my life. And I have never had anyone work so hard for me before. I had no idea that any realtor could have worked as hard as she did. I recommend her to everyone.
