Linda Duba outstanding realtor The realtor, Linda Duba bent over backwards in trying to sell my home. She was very easy to work with and Kopt in touch from every open house. She had she let me know what was said and good or bad. I really appreciate that she was willing to do whatever I wished regarding the sale and was concerned about keeping the house safe and Pipes and water taken care of in bad weather. She always pointed out the good qualities of my home in trying to sell it. She was an outstanding realtor, and I would highly recommend her to anybody that is selling their home.

I literally have had no viable conversations with the blind leads they sent me other then: "I just want a value" Had 2 appointments set by their concierge. 1 was a person that just wanted company as her brother told me, the other actually closed. $5500 in GCI for a $3000 investment.

very missleading As I mentioned to them over the phone I felt very mislead. I never rembered signing a contract to give them a referal on any deals. Then they ended up taking a very large portion of commission. Then to "make it better" they tried to offer me discounted zip codes and then at my scheduled call with them they said that the discount was no longer valid even though they had just given it to me a few days ago.
