Please read their employee reviews on Glassdoor to see what kind of company they are. They have ruined the reputation of two of my closest allies in Real Estate and lost our clients thousands in Earnest Money Deposits for their lack of care. Please do your research and read the truth from their employees. They are only still in business to steel money from their investors, you won't see them next year.

First, it alleviates a lot of stress during the process by not feeling pressured to sell before you buy. I really appreciated being able to take our time and find the right house versus one that works - especially with a toddler in the mix. Second, their staff was outstanding. Each person I interacted with was very responsive and knowledgeable. Lastly, they sent mobile notaries to us to finalize the sale/purchase. This really did save us time during our work days.
