The mortgage process was very efficient as well with Tera Gilbert and her team assisting me throughout the entire loan process. We were able to close on time even with the Christmas Holidays. Agents please save your reputation and… Agents please save your reputation and stay away from Homeward. They only care about your referrals and will treat you and your customers like trash. Please read their employee reviews on Glassdoor to see what kind of company they are. They have ruined the reputation of two of my closest allies in Real Estate and lost our clients thousands in Earnest Money Deposits for their lack of care. Please do your research and read the truth from their employees. They are only still in business to steel money from their investors, you won't see them next year.
