An absolutely seamless process, we were able to sell our home and move into a much needed bigger space SEAMLESSLY. We heard about Homeward through our realtor, and I wish we had applied with them sooner! We saved money by using Homeward Mortgage and Homeward Title, but the savings are small compared to how much time and headaches we saved just by being able to put in a great cash offer on our home - it's insane to try to compete with these buyers otherwise! 10/10 - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Agents please save your reputation and… Agents please save your reputation and stay away from Homeward. They only care about your referrals and will treat you and your customers like trash. Please read their employee reviews on Glassdoor to see what kind of company they are. They have ruined the reputation of two of my closest allies in Real Estate and lost our clients thousands in Earnest Money Deposits for their lack of care. Please do your research and read the truth from their employees. They are only still in business to steel money from their investors, you won't see them next year.

Easy, simultaneous buy and sell Using Homeward helped us in a number of ways throughout the process. For one, we had a stronger negotiating position when we found the house we wanted. Then, we were able to move in sooner while still working to sell our old house, and since we have small children, this was a real blessing. My account manager Eric Layton was amazing to work with - very transparent throughout the process and I genuinely felt like he had our best interests at heart While you end up paying more for using Homeward, I believe we ended up saving money in the long run by being able to negotiate our buying price down, avoiding high-cost short-term rentals during the transition, and the credits that Homeward gave us for managing both the title on both sides of the transaction.

Because you have already moved in when you close- because of the program, you have no choice but signing. The actual fees were 80% higher than initial disclosure. Initial fees not disclosed upfront- so although very nice people- opaque process.
