Homeward is absolutely amazing Homeward is absolutely amazing. We wouldn’t have been able to become first time home owners with the housing market the way that it is right now. They made our offer the most appealing that they seller had. Their team is absolutely amazing and supportive. They answer all of the questions that we had and they treated us closer to family than just customers.

Fees not fully disclosed until less… Fees not fully disclosed until less than 1 hour before closing. Because you have already moved in when you close- because of the program, you have no choice but signing. The actual fees were 80% higher than initial disclosure. Initial fees not disclosed upfront- so although very nice people- opaque process.

We didn't have any problems with… We didn't have any problems with homeward, our problems were with our agent. If we would have had a better agent we probably would have had sold it sooner and for more. We were very pleased with Homeward.

Agents please save your reputation and… Agents please save your reputation and stay away from Homeward. They only care about your referrals and will treat you and your customers like trash. Please read their employee reviews on Glassdoor to see what kind of company they are. They have ruined the reputation of two of my closest allies in Real Estate and lost our clients thousands in Earnest Money Deposits for their lack of care. Please do your research and read the truth from their employees. They are only still in business to steel money from their investors, you won't see them next year.
