No contingent offer in a competitive market The process from start to finish was less stressful than if we had done a traditional contingent offer. Even though we end up selling our house quickly, you never know how those things are going to go and knowing that we could put in a cash offer on our dream house made it worth the extra fees. They worked with you throughout the entire process and they have a well thought out online portal to fill your application and upload documents. The cost was reasonable as well. They have a great team of Awele and James Hunter helping me through the entire process. The mortgage process was very efficient as well with Tera Gilbert and her team assisting me throughout the entire loan process. We were able to close on time even with the Christmas Holidays.
