No contingent offer in a competitive market The process from start to finish was less stressful than if we had done a traditional contingent offer. Please read their employee reviews on Glassdoor to see what kind of company they are. They have ruined the reputation of two of my closest allies in Real Estate and lost our clients thousands in Earnest Money Deposits for their lack of care. Please do your research and read the truth from their employees. They are only still in business to steel money from their investors, you won't see them next year.
