First, it alleviates a lot of stress during the process by not feeling pressured to sell before you buy. I really appreciated being able to take our time and find the right house versus one that works - especially with a toddler in the mix. Second, their staff was outstanding. Each person I interacted with was very responsive and knowledgeable. Lastly, they sent mobile notaries to us to finalize the sale/purchase. This really did save us time during our work days. Overall, the reduced stress and seamless process made it well worth it!

Because you have already moved in when you close- because of the program, you have no choice but signing. The actual fees were 80% higher than initial disclosure. Initial fees not disclosed upfront- so although very nice people- opaque process.
