Please read their employee reviews on Glassdoor to see what kind of company they are. They have ruined the reputation of two of my closest allies in Real Estate and lost our clients thousands in Earnest Money Deposits for their lack of care. Please do your research and read the truth from their employees. They are only still in business to steel money from their investors, you won't see them next year.

Loan officer and customer service experience manager really ensured that there is a daily connection between client and Homeward about the documents and process! We didn't have any problems with… We didn't have any problems with homeward, our problems were with our agent. If we would have had a better agent we probably would have had sold it sooner and for more. We were very pleased with Homeward.

Fees not fully disclosed until less… Fees not fully disclosed until less than 1 hour before closing. Because you have already moved in when you close- because of the program, you have no choice but signing. The actual fees were 80% higher than initial disclosure. Initial fees not disclosed upfront- so although very nice people- opaque process.

Great experience with Homeward. Homeward’s service was efficient and reliable. They worked with you throughout the entire process and they have a well thought out online portal to fill your application and upload documents. The cost was reasonable as well. They have a great team of Awele and James Hunter helping me through the entire process. The mortgage process was very efficient as well with Tera Gilbert and her team assisting me throughout the entire loan process. We were able to close on time even with the Christmas Holidays. Team was very flexible and worked off hours to ensure you’re needs are met. Thank you Homeward team and keep up the good work.
