Great experience with Homeward. Homeward’s service was efficient and reliable. Fees not fully disclosed until less… Fees not fully disclosed until less than 1 hour before closing. Because you have already moved in when you close- because of the program, you have no choice but signing. The actual fees were 80% higher than initial disclosure. Initial fees not disclosed upfront- so although very nice people- opaque process.

No contingent offer in a competitive market The process from start to finish was less stressful than if we had done a traditional contingent offer. Even though we end up selling our house quickly, you never know how those things are going to go and knowing that we could put in a cash offer on our dream house made it worth the extra fees. Between our amazing realtor, not related to homeward, and the homeward mortgage and title team, we had all of our questions answered and things went smoothly.
