GBAndres actually offered information… Andres actually offered information that wasn’t a direct answer to a question that I had, in other words, he went above and beyond the expectations. I had spoken to someone earlier about the situation and he didn’t offer what Andres did. I also offered him information about a certain property when I told him that the property was open, the doors weren’t locked, there was no lockbox.

They are horrible at customer service. They haven't resolved a maintenance issue I had before. They are the absolute worst at customer service.
