This guy will stay on the phone with you the whole time, and answer even the dumbest questions you think you have in a professional manner. My experience with Cesar was awesome My experience with Cesar was awesome. He took the time to explain my concerns, unlike the first two representatives who were rude. Before I was finished talking, the first representative shouted, "Stop right now". He did not allow me to finish and refused to help by saying, "I have other calls to answer." Matt needs to be trained to communicate and change his attitude or find another job. The second representative refused to let me talk to a Supervisor about my bad experience. I hung the phone up three times and called back to get someone who knows how to communicate with customers/tenants.
