GBTrying to get ahold of FirstKey was… Trying to get ahold of FirstKey was honestly incredibly difficult. After trying multiple phone numbers and trying to troubleshoot on my own, I finally got through to Maja who was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable which made getting my problem solved quick and easy. I’d give Maja a 5 star but needed to deduct one for FirstKey’s other automated systems that made it difficult to get to her.

GBYhen was great Yhen was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She seemed concerned about my issue. If I could give her a 10 I would. I will rate the local office a negative 10 though. They are horrible at customer service. They haven't resolved a maintenance issue I had before. They are the absolute worst at customer service.

GBBest maintence tech EVER As a renter with First Key for over 2 years now, I've interacted with several of the maintenance techs. While all have been friendly, Misty is BY FAR the most competent and efficient tech that we've worked with. Highly recommend! She even called me after a few days to see if the problem was indeed fixed or if she needed to try a different solution. She truly cares about her work and making sure the job is done right!
