His customer service was excellent, and he made sure that I felt comfortable with the information provided so that I can make an informed decision moving forward. After trying multiple phone numbers and trying to troubleshoot on my own, I finally got through to Maja who was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable which made getting my problem solved quick and easy. I’d give Maja a 5 star but needed to deduct one for FirstKey’s other automated systems that made it difficult to get to her.
