He helped us price our home and actually recommended we list at a price above our initial expectations. We didn’t have to do anything, Brent scheduled the listing photos and made sure everything was in order. It was great having an analytics platform that allowed us to see exactly how many showings we received and the feedback from each showing as well. Amazing Job We bought our house using Felix. The process was pretty easy which was great because it was our first time. Our agent, brent helped show us how to get pre-approved for a mortgage and then showed us a bunch of homes that fit our budget. He even recommended looking at a different neighborhood than we originally considered.
