Smooth Move We used Felix to buy our home. Everything went extremely smoothly plus the free moving service was awesome. Only thing is that Felix will only pay for the move itself…if you need the movers to pack anything then the moving company will charge you for that additional service. I still can’t complain since we got it for free plus there aren’t really any other realtors offering a free move.

3/19/2024 3/19/2024, Experience! I used Tyler and his team once again for the sale/purchase of a home in Nashville. The market isn't the best and I know peers have had difficulty getting offers. I was able to sell my home for full asking price and just using Felix saved me over $20,000 in commissions. His team took professional photos of my property (used a drone and post processing). Providing top tier service! I had my home under contract in just 10 days and couldn't be happier. With the recent judgement against realtors we see that sellers had/have been charged insane amounts of money on both ends of the transaction. Tyler and Felix are way ahead of the game and you are giving a used car sales person (traditional realtor) 20-30k extra by not using his service. There is no silver lining --- this is not to good to be true.
