Great service, specially for vets Great service, specially for vets. That said, if you are looking to take advantage of their veteran program, we found out that you do need to buy your next home with them too. In our scenario, we were not going to be buying another home so we didn’t qualify for the program meaning we still had to pay the $3,500 listing fee when our home sold. Still a great deal though compared to how much other agents charge.

Home sale in Nashville We sold an out-of-state home and our daughter found Felix homes to help save on realtor costs. 3/19/2024 3/19/2024, Experience! I used Tyler and his team once again for the sale/purchase of a home in Nashville. The market isn't the best and I know peers have had difficulty getting offers. I was able to sell my home for full asking price and just using Felix saved me over $20,000 in commissions. His team took professional photos of my property (used a drone and post processing). Providing top tier service! I had my home under contract in just 10 days and couldn't be happier. With the recent judgement against realtors we see that sellers had/have been charged insane amounts of money on both ends of the transaction. Tyler and Felix are way ahead of the game and you are giving a used car sales person (traditional realtor) 20-30k extra by not using his service. There is no silver lining --- this is not to good to be true.
