That said, if you are looking to take advantage of their veteran program, we found out that you do need to buy your next home with them too. In our scenario, we were not going to be buying another home so we didn’t qualify for the program meaning we still had to pay the $3,500 listing fee when our home sold. Still a great deal though compared to how much other agents charge.
