Very professional service Brent at Felix Homes was very professional and always communicated with us. He helped us price our home and actually recommended we list at a price above our initial expectations. We didn’t have to do anything, Brent scheduled the listing photos and made sure everything was in order. It was great having an analytics platform that allowed us to see exactly how many showings we received and the feedback from each showing as well. Great service, specially for vets Great service, specially for vets. That said, if you are looking to take advantage of their veteran program, we found out that you do need to buy your next home with them too. In our scenario, we were not going to be buying another home so we didn’t qualify for the program meaning we still had to pay the $3,500 listing fee when our home sold. Still a great deal though compared to how much other agents charge.
