Amazing Job We bought our house using Felix. The process was pretty easy which was great because it was our first time. Our agent, brent helped show us how to get pre-approved for a mortgage and then showed us a bunch of homes that fit our budget. He even recommended looking at a different neighborhood than we originally considered. He helped us price our home and actually recommended we list at a price above our initial expectations. Smooth Move We used Felix to buy our home. Everything went extremely smoothly plus the free moving service was awesome. Only thing is that Felix will only pay for the move itself…if you need the movers to pack anything then the moving company will charge you for that additional service. I still can’t complain since we got it for free plus there aren’t really any other realtors offering a free move.
