Lighthouse Got Me $100 Back Lighthouse was extremely helpful in finding somewhere to live. My agent sent me properties that weren’t even listed on the rental sites, not to mention outside of their usual search radius! My agent was very nice, texted me Back reasonably fast, and even got me $100 back after I signed my lease. I’m currently in the process of recommending them to my friend who is looking for her first apartment.

Gabby is the absolute BEST!! Gabby is the absolute best! In the ups and downs in my pursuit to finding an apartment that would accept me, she was always understanding and encouraging. She sent me apartments that I never knew were here along with move in specials. The entire experience was amazing, Gabby would respond to all of my questions through text when I was working and was so friendly and sweet I always looked forward to hearing what she had to say.

This Is Nice Attentive personnel. Sydney was phenomenal, and communicated via my preferred method (text). They were very understanding of my schedule and limited ability to tour multiple properties in a short time. You may notice that the rebate depends on the rent price point of the property. Once I signed a lease, it took me a few weeks to register for the cash back. However, once I did register, within a few days I had some extra cash. This is nice, considering the current rent environment and pricing practices. The rebate was honored via my choice of prepaid gift card, vendor gift card, Venmo or similar payout services.

Definitely recommend Lighthouse Had an overall great experience with Lighthouse's services. I initially had a difficult time getting in contact with someone, but as soon as they replied their agents were incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. They were on top of the entire process and gave me reminders throughout the journey. I just received my bank transfer of $750 and can't thank Lighthouse enough! Definitely recommend

Best locating service - pays YOU! I used Lighthouse to find my apartment towards the end of last year; their website is super well designed and combined a lot of the 'typical' features you'd fine on an apartment searching website, into a really sleek interface. Combine that with the personalized help (I worked with Shelbi) and of course, the cash back! It's a crazy business model that combines the best of both worlds; you get whatever concession the apartment is offering (free month etc) PLUS the cash back. There's plenty of apartment locators out there -we'd worked with one twice prior - but they are not going to share that locator bonus with you like Lighthouse does. I think their cashback offering has changed a few times... in my case, it was $900 cash plus 1 month free. Made out like a villain!
