Actually Good Sydney was super helpful in helping me find an affordable place. It actually turns out the apartment complex I chose hasn't worked with lighthouse in ~10 years. However, since it was listed on the lighthouse app during my search and I did everything correct on my end, they still honored the cash back and just CashApped it to me instead. I would suggest to the lighthouse staff and developers that they go through and update the search results to keep current and avoid any snags. I will be recommending this service to those on the hunt for apartments and rentals.

Gabby is the absolute BEST!! Gabby is the absolute best! In the ups and downs in my pursuit to finding an apartment that would accept me, she was always understanding and encouraging. She sent me apartments that I never knew were here along with move in specials. The entire experience was amazing, Gabby would respond to all of my questions through text when I was working and was so friendly and sweet I always looked forward to hearing what she had to say.
