Gabby and Lighthouse are a winning team! We worked with Gabby at Lighthouse recently when we were looking for an apartment in The Woodlands. Gabby was so helpful and she responded promptly to all our questions (even on the weekends!). If we had questions about the apartment, she would contact the rental company and get the information we needed. After we signed the lease, we received our cash back a week later - very fast! Lighthouse Got Me $100 Back Lighthouse was extremely helpful in finding somewhere to live. My agent sent me properties that weren’t even listed on the rental sites, not to mention outside of their usual search radius! My agent was very nice, texted me Back reasonably fast, and even got me $100 back after I signed my lease. I’m currently in the process of recommending them to my friend who is looking for her first apartment.

Actually Good Sydney was super helpful in helping me find an affordable place. It actually turns out the apartment complex I chose hasn't worked with lighthouse in ~10 years. However, since it was listed on the lighthouse app during my search and I did everything correct on my end, they still honored the cash back and just CashApped it to me instead. I would suggest to the lighthouse staff and developers that they go through and update the search results to keep current and avoid any snags. I will be recommending this service to those on the hunt for apartments and rentals.
