Being in a gated community has its perks, but when selling a home there is a down side. That is almost no drive by lookers except people already living in the community. You have to rely on multiple listing on the internet. We had more showings with Home Bay than with a standard real estate listing.

I dealt directly with the buyers' agents, scheduling their visits, and put a lockbox on my door, so I did not have to meet any lookers, just gave them the access code and they let themselves into my house. The house sold within 60 days. I paid the full 3% commission to the buyer's agent, to encourage their interest, but it just made sense for me to save the seller agent fee, by using Homebay. Definitely, would use Homebay again.
