Homebay's program met my needs Homebay's program met my needs. I dealt directly with the buyers' agents, scheduling their visits, and put a lockbox on my door, so I did not have to meet any lookers, just gave them the access code and they let themselves into my house. The house sold within 60 days. I paid the full 3% commission to the buyer's agent, to encourage their interest, but it just made sense for me to save the seller agent fee, by using Homebay. Definitely, would use Homebay again.

Selling Made Easy Even though there were several houses for sale in our neighborhood, we had multiple offers before the For Sale sign went up in front the front yard.
