So Worth It! If you are willing to put in more of your own time than you would with a traditional RE Agent, Home Bay is the way to go! I enjoyed the experience, and was never left "high and dry". My agent was very responsive through the entire process and always helpful. Home Bay's "Coming Soon" feature with Zillow sold my house before it even hit the MLS! I saved a few thousand dollar, easily.

Horrible, stressful experience! Horrible, stressful experience! Rude "agents" attempt to push sellers into poor contracts with low offers. They insult the sellers and accuse them of being uncooperative. Very time consuming to sell a home this way, since buying agents call the seller due to HomeBay being unreachable. Unprofessional all the way. They break their own contract. Professional photos sucked, my own sold the home after they were fired.
