I dealt directly with the buyers' agents, scheduling their visits, and put a lockbox on my door, so I did not have to meet any lookers, just gave them the access code and they let themselves into my house. The house sold within 60 days. I paid the full 3% commission to the buyer's agent, to encourage their interest, but it just made sense for me to save the seller agent fee, by using Homebay. Definitely, would use Homebay again.

GBAs Buyer As Buyer, Entered into a Contract with the Seller who listed the property with Home Bay, Contract was subject to a Mortgage, sent Earnest money to Home Bay's Escrow Agent, Lend Mark in Utah, Bank never approved my Mortgage, Appraisal rejected, Its been THREE Months now and Home Bay has failed to refund me my Earnest money....at this point, i'll have to sue Home Bay...these are BAD people...Scammers
