Horrible, stressful experience! Horrible, stressful experience! Rude "agents" attempt to push sellers into poor contracts with low offers. They insult the sellers and accuse them of being uncooperative. Very time consuming to sell a home this way, since buying agents call the seller due to HomeBay being unreachable. Unprofessional all the way. They break their own contract. Professional photos sucked, my own sold the home after they were fired.

Home Bay Review I enjoyed the Home Bay process. Even though most of the process is automated, my assigned agent, Steve Spiro, was totally accessible to answer any questions. He was able to pull comparables and advise me of the market trend, purchase price, home showings, and any other questions that came about while my property was on the market.
