HomeCity Real Estate makes you feel special. If all of your clients get treated like David Gervais treated us, you must have a lot of happy clients. David worked with me for several months, answered all my questions and was always available. Since we lived in another state, everything was done by computer and David made everything, on our end, very easy. David put in a lot of time and effort and was always pleasant and very helpful. Tremendous help from far away. My wife and I were in need of finding a home in Texas as ours had sold in Missouri sooner that we had expected. Our HomeCity agent, Tonya Villalobos, found out what we wanted and daily sent us updates us as to what was available based on our criteria. When we finally were able to come to Texas she was most cooperative and helpful in guiding us to the home we eventually purchased after only 2 days! She helped us all the way through closing and even made several calls to our mortgage broker to "motivate" him to follow through on the promises he made. Without her help we would not have been able to find this house or close as quickly as we did.

Listings actually current WOW! Finding properties on other websites typically was frustrating due to difficulty to use and property listings not being current. HomeCity site is extremely user friendly and will show you listings that are current and active. Also love the saved feature which also gives you notice when that saved property is no longer available. Huge time and frustration saver. Excellent service and excellent company.
