Real Estate agent did not provide a good experience. My real estate agent was very nice and professional, but made my first time buying experience not very good. My home was over a month and a half behind schedule and I had to schedule all my own walk throughs and closings. My agent was aware of all the difficulties and frustrations that I was encountering, but did not receive any sort of commentary, feedback, or guidance until I prompted them. He was over 15 minutes late to my final closing. I inquired with friends, family, and other colleagues if they had similar experience with their real estate agent and an overwhelming response was 'no'. Their real estate agent experiences were very positive as they had and advocate acting as an extension of themselves representing them in the home buying/building process.
