Tremendous help from far away. My wife and I were in need of finding a home in Texas as ours had sold in Missouri sooner that we had expected. Our HomeCity agent, Tonya Villalobos, found out what we wanted and daily sent us updates us as to what was available based on our criteria. When we finally were able to come to Texas she was most cooperative and helpful in guiding us to the home we eventually purchased after only 2 days! She helped us all the way through closing and even made several calls to our mortgage broker to "motivate" him to follow through on the promises he made.
