Amazing people you can trust I never used a Realtor before but now I feel Kim Luttrull as part of my family. She was always with our family no matter was at 7 am or late at night. Always fighting for us with a level of expertise that made us feel secure in every step. Always with smile in her face but strong at the time of dealing with the builder. If I buy another house in the future I will choose Homecity and specially Kim as my realtor.

Tremendous help from far away. My wife and I were in need of finding a home in Texas as ours had sold in Missouri sooner that we had expected. Our HomeCity agent, Tonya Villalobos, found out what we wanted and daily sent us updates us as to what was available based on our criteria. When we finally were able to come to Texas she was most cooperative and helpful in guiding us to the home we eventually purchased after only 2 days! She helped us all the way through closing and even made several calls to our mortgage broker to "motivate" him to follow through on the promises he made. Without her help we would not have been able to find this house or close as quickly as we did.

Not the best experience I trusted my agent as a friend, but she lied to me on several occasions, even with agents who where interested in putting an offer in on my home. She recommended a title company, and I would receive a discout, but that didnt happen. I even found my home which I purchased and she cashed in on the commission. After closing, she dropped me like a hot cake! I would not recommend Marie.
