Listings actually current WOW! Finding properties on other websites typically was frustrating due to difficulty to use and property listings not being current. HomeCity site is extremely user friendly and will show you listings that are current and active. Also love the saved feature which also gives you notice when that saved property is no longer available. Huge time and frustration saver. Excellent service and excellent company.

Best Realtor in North Texas!!!! Using Marie Dettmer from Homecity as my realtor when buying my first home was the best decision I made! Marie was courteous, informative, professional, friendly, and really listened to my needs and wants. She showed me homes that matched my desires which reduced looking at homes I did not want. HomeCity goes above and beyond! We took one whirlwind trip to Austin from VA with a mission to find the perfect house. Real Estate agent did not provide a good experience. My real estate agent was very nice and professional, but made my first time buying experience not very good. My home was over a month and a half behind schedule and I had to schedule all my own walk throughs and closings. My agent was aware of all the difficulties and frustrations that I was encountering, but did not receive any sort of commentary, feedback, or guidance until I prompted them. He was over 15 minutes late to my final closing. I inquired with friends, family, and other colleagues if they had similar experience with their real estate agent and an overwhelming response was 'no'. Their real estate agent experiences were very positive as they had and advocate acting as an extension of themselves representing them in the home buying/building process.
