He was always so kind and helpful but most of all attentive to our questions and needs, ever so understanding that in the end we chose Aya because of Daniel more than for the apartment itself. We are French and had to find a place in NYC for our 20-year-old daughter, so it was really hard and stressful to make up our minds and take the right decisions. But thankfully, Daniel was here all along the way.

I lived in an Aya apartment in Brooklyn… I lived in an Aya apartment in Brooklyn for 13 months. Very expertly designed with all amenities I needed, and contained a lot of features that are considered luxuries in NYC. A consistent maid service that comes anywhere from 2-4 times a month, spacious and comfortable rooms, and cool roommates you’ll get to know make the whole experience very worth the price. As someone who has lived with them for over a year, I highly recommend living in one of their units.
