I lived in an Aya apartment in Brooklyn… I lived in an Aya apartment in Brooklyn for 13 months. Very expertly designed with all amenities I needed, and contained a lot of features that are considered luxuries in NYC. A consistent maid service that comes anywhere from 2-4 times a month, spacious and comfortable rooms, and cool roommates you’ll get to know make the whole experience very worth the price. As someone who has lived with them for over a year, I highly recommend living in one of their units.

The only time I experienced cleaning service before has been prior to a new tenant is coming into the unit I’m renting. My experience from those situations is that the cleaning is not always done properly or with continuity. Which is why I’m very pleased with the work Ninorka does in our apartment. It smells fresh and clean when she’s done, and the place looks spotless. The continuity she provides with her cleaning service, also makes it easy for me to care for the apartment and keep it clean and hygienic between her cleaning sessions as well. Thank you Ninorka!

Nirorka She is the best! She always comes on time and does an amazing job. She goes above and beyond and ensures I am living in a clean environment. Not to mention, she always has a smile on her face and is the definition of kindness. If only I had more than 5 stars to give her!
