Carmel was very responsive and helpful… Carmel was very responsive and helpful in assisting us in locating spaces for two summer interns. We will not hesitate to reach out to AYA in the future for short term or even long term housing needs.

do your homework and research, and go with another company Horrible - this company used to be called Big Apple Living and had to change names due to the unbelievable number of bad reviews. There are no background checks done - if you have the money to pay rent and sec dep, congrats, you have a place to stay. In my last month, they had someone move in to the room next to me with SEVERE mental health issues. very loud during sleeping hours, very disturbed individual. did not feel safe. didnt say anything to aya as i was already due to move out, but nothing would have been done anyway. you do not get to talk to the current roommates before moving, no way to vet who you will live with.
