Nice with a few things that need to be addressed The house was nice but we reported a couple of issues a day after checkin that were never addressed. The house also could’ve been cleaner. Several carpets didn’t appear to be vacuumed and some dishes were dirty. Overall the house has great amenities and was very spacious. Our family enjoyed the pool table, theater, oversized pantry, design of the house.

Welington by the Sea: Pros: - lots of space - Small building not too many people - Updated nicely - Great location at OBX - Everything you need in kitchen! - Grounds, pool, all well-equipped - Lifeguard stand very close - Games, dvds, smart TV all really nice! - Stuff for babies like high chair and pack and play - Outdoor showers!! - Breezeway nice storage for beach things Cons: - pot smoking neighbor - Electrical super outdated - Garages/parking areas too small - Broken elevator twice, during check out was incredibly difficult - Fan in kids room is incredibly loud - Furniture on beach side deck super uncomfortable

Great House! This is a great house. Perfect for our fishing group. Easy to spread out and have 'me time,' but big enough for our 'we time.' We'll be back!

Few minor issues but had a wonderful time House was ready for occupancy close to expected time of check-in. Did have issue with keyless side door keypad which had rusted and stopped working. Had to call maintenance which removed and gave us a key which we had to return at check out, having to change our direction of leaving the island and adding mileage to our trip. Office staff seemed confused as to why we had a key and didn't have notes documenting issue occurred.

Our experience wasn’t bad Our experience wasn’t bad. We got to talk to the homeowners which we liked. The house could use a few upgrades to include screens and a few other things. We found it to be a bit pricey this time and wish the pool was open. Also, we Wish the hot tub was in a better location. It’s located in the shade and we never used it because it was cold in the area.
