Welington by the Sea: Pros: - lots of space - Small building not too many people - Updated nicely - Great location at OBX - Everything you need in kitchen! - Grounds, pool, all well-equipped - Lifeguard stand very close - Games, dvds, smart TV all really nice! - Stuff for babies like high chair and pack and play - Outdoor showers!! - Breezeway nice storage for beach things Cons: - pot smoking neighbor - Electrical super outdated - Garages/parking areas too small - Broken elevator twice, during check out was incredibly difficult - Fan in kids room is incredibly loud - Furniture on beach side deck super uncomfortable

Our experience with Sun Realty was… Our experience with Sun Realty was great. The website and keyless entry were convenient and easy to use. The reminder emails were helpful and when the tropical storm was about to hit, they gave us a checklist of things to take care of. While not having been through a storm (other than of the snow variety) we found it useful. The team at Sun Realty were attentive to our needs and they were there to make sure our vacation was amazing! We can’t wait to go back.

Great House! This is a great house. Perfect for our fishing group. Easy to spread out and have 'me time,' but big enough for our 'we time.' We'll be back!

This ocean front house had everything and then some This ocean front house had everything we needed and more. You can’t beat the location - the sunrise is worth a million stars. This home is close to shopping, stores, and restaurants!! The house seems to get work done to it each time we are there!! We love it!

Great house, great location, mattress killed my back. This is a great house in a great location. Loved the views. Sunrise was beautiful. We walked to nearby restaurants. The rustic bedrooms were fun and the updated kitchen and bathrooms very nice. The problem was the mattress in the master bedroom was so worn out that the sag was almost like a hammock. After three nights I had to move to another room where the mattress was better. My back hurt the rest of the week. The couch and loveseat in the living room are also saggy to the point of discomfort. It was great other than that.
