The communication, texts and customer portal are very convenient for information about your rental. The company is proactive about checking-in to make sure everything is great. The property selection they have is excellent as well.

Also, whoever cleans the house should throughly clean vents quarterly or at a minimum bi-annually. Check function of drains, plungers should be intact and functional, pool area swept and free or sand. Pool items intact, functional and organized in pool storage bin. Spigot and hose on carport that is in working order. Check for pests, kitchen had tiny ants, if seen, call exterminator

This ocean front house had everything and then some This ocean front house had everything we needed and more. You can’t beat the location - the sunrise is worth a million stars. This home is close to shopping, stores, and restaurants!! The house seems to get work done to it each time we are there!! We love it!

Great Communicators! Sun Realty was very responsive to our questions and comments--easy check-in and check-out procedures. It was great to be able to text or call and get answers quickly and not tie up our precious vacation time waiting on responses. The whole process of renting online, checking the client portal, and communicating about incidentals was very easy. We were a bit confused about check out time due to a discrepancy between on-line info and info posted on the frig in the house, but this was easily cleared up with a quick call.
