GBLarge spacious house and pool Large spacious house and pool. I would highly recommend that you go to keyless entry. Also, whoever cleans the house should throughly clean vents quarterly or at a minimum bi-annually. Check function of drains, plungers should be intact and functional, pool area swept and free or sand. Pool items intact, functional and organized in pool storage bin. Spigot and hose on carport that is in working order. Check for pests, kitchen had tiny ants, if seen, call exterminator
